Beacon Risk Partners is an independent insurance agency serving homeowners, families, and businesses throughout Palm Beach County and across Florida.
Founded by Mickey Wells, Beacon was built around a simple idea: insurance should feel personal. After years in the insurance industry, Mickey saw an opportunity to create a different kind of agency—one built around relationships, responsiveness, and straightforward guidance. At Beacon, clients aren’t just a policy number. They have a direct relationship with the
people helping protect what they’ve worked hard to build.
As an independent agency, Beacon Risk Partners isn’t tied to a single insurance carrier. We have the flexibility to explore multiple insurance markets and find coverage tailored to each client’s property, needs, and risk profile.

For Mickey, Palm Beach County isn’t simply a market—it’s home.
He lives in Jupiter with his wife and three sons and is deeply involved in the local
community, including coaching youth basketball. Those relationships and that sense of community are a big part of why Beacon Risk Partners was created.
We also understand that insuring property in Florida is different.
